Public parking spaces

  • General parking is available at the Maierhöfen sports field (50 m from the hiking trail) and at the viewing platform between Vorholz and Wolfbühl (10 m from the hiking trail).
  • The path between the car park at the Maierhöfen sports ground and the hiking trail has a longitudinal gradient of 15 % over 5 m.

Hiking trail

  • The hiking trail is designed for people with limited mobility and senior citizens.
  • The trail has a total length of 4.9 km.
  • The hiking trail is signposted throughout.
  • The entire trail is step-free.
  • The path is at least 250 cm wide.
  • There are also some larger and longer longitudinal slopes. The maximum incline is 14 % over 50 m. 
  • There are cross slopes of up to 8% in certain sections.
  • The surface of the trail is easy to walk and drive on (asphalt, water-bound surface).
  • Seating is available.
  • The hiking trail/section is also designated for cyclists, skaters etc. or horse riders.
  • The hiking trail leads over large sections on a road (hardly to moderately) used by motor vehicles.
  • The information boards are visible, perceptible or recognisable even when sitting down.

Public toilet at Maierhöfen cemetery

  • The door is at least 91 cm wide.
  • The  manoeuvring spaces are
    in front of the washbasin 160 cm x 90 cm;
    in front of the toilet 135 cm x 160 cm;
    to the left of the toilet 69 cm x 72 cm;
    to the right of the toilet 29 cm x 72 cm.
  • There is a grab rail to the left of the toilet 
  • The washbasin is accessible from underneath at a height of 67 cm and a depth of less than 30 cm.

  • There is no continuous guidance system (e.g. floor indicators). However, there are predominantly tactilely perceptible and visually contrasting lateral boundaries of the path.
  • The hiking trail/section is also designated for cyclists, skaters etc. or horse riders.
  • The hiking trail runs for long stretches on a road (hardly to moderately) frequented by motor vehicles.
  • The information boards are designed in easily legible lettering. There is a good visual contrast between the lettering/pictogram and the background. There is no tactile information (e.g. relief or prismatic lettering).
