• There is one marked parking space for people with disabilities (parking space size: 350 cm x 550 cm).T
• A bus stop is 300 m away.
• The building is steplessly accessible via a ramp.
• All evaluated rooms and facilities available to the guests are steplessly
• The ramp has a maximum gradient of 5 % and a total length of 17 m (intermediate landings available).
• All evaluated passageways/doors available to the guests are at least 86 cm wide.
• The dining table is not wheelchair accessible (maximum height 80 cm, wheelchair accessible at a height of 67 cm and a depth of 30 cm).
• The kitchen counter, the sink and the stove are not wheelchair accessible.

Bedroom 1

• The maneuvering spaces are:

  left of the bed 92 cm x 200 cm;
  right of the bed 92 cm x 200 cm.
• The bed is 50 cm high.

Bedroom 2

• The maneuvering spaces are:
  in front of essential immobile furnishings (e.g. wardrobe) 150 cm x 150 cm;
  left of the bed 118 cm x 200 cm;
  right of the bed 118 cm x 200 cm.
• The bed is 50 cm high.

Bathroom

• The maneuvering spaces in the bathroom are:
  in front of/behind the door at least 120 cm x 150 cm;
  in front of the toilet 200 cm x 90 cm;
  in front of the washbasin 150 cm x 120 cm;
  left of the toilet 62 cm x 70 cm and right of the toilet 138 cm x 70 cm.
• There are handles which can be folded up on the right and left of the toilet.
• The washbasin is wheelchair accessible.
• The mirror can be seen while standing or sitting.
• The shower is accessible without thresholds.
• The maneuvering space in the shower is 135 cm x 168 cm.
• A shower seat is available or can be provided if required.
• There are grab handles in the shower.
• An alarm trigger is not present.
