All areas relevant for testing meet the quality criteria of the label "Accessibility tested - partially accessible for people with walking disabilities and wheelchair users".

• There are two parking spaces for people with disabilities.
• All rooms and facilities that can be used by guests are accessible without steps/at ground level or via a ramp or elevator. 
• All accessible and raised doors/passages are at least 80 cm wide.
• The reception counter is 104 cm high. There is another, equivalent means of communication while seated.
• There are five barrier-free rooms.
• A height-adjustable care bed is available.
• The toilet in the room can be accessed from one side (at least 80 cm). There is a folding grab rail on the accessible side.
• The washbasin is wheelchair compatible and the mirror is visible when standing or sitting.
• Access to the shower is barrier-free. A grab rail and a shower chair are available.
• There are tables that are max. 80 cm high and wheelchair compatible at a height of 67 cm and a depth of 30 cm.
• A wellness area is available. 
• There is a passenger lift to access the swimming pool. 
• A sauna wheelchair is provided.
• There is a public toilet for people with disabilities, which can be accessed from at least one side (at least 80 cm). There are folding handles on the left and right.

• The signage (for orientation) is designed in clearly legible and high-contrast lettering.
• All areas are brightly lit and glare-free.
• An outgoing emergency call in the elevator is confirmed acoustically.

• The edges of the basins are visually contrasting.
