Arrival
- The bus stop "Wimbachklamm" is about 100 m from the National Park Information Centre (on the main road).
- There are four parking spaces for people with disabilities (space size: 270 cm x 350 cm). The car park is 30 m from the entrance.
Hiking trail
- Start and end point: car park at the National Park Information Centre.
- The trail is 2.45 km long.
- It is a circular trail.
- In short sections there are beams to secure the path with steps up to 10 cm high. In a short section there are 12 steps with a height of up to 30 cm.
- The surface condition of the path is predominantly low in vibrations and easy to walk and drive on (predominantly water-bound surface, forest paths), but in parts only moderately easy to walk and drive on (larger stones, etc.).
- There are depressions in the ground at right angles to the direction of travel.
- The path is predominantly 200 cm wide. The narrowest part is 140 cm wide.
- The maximum longitudinal slope of the path is 20 % over a length of 150 m. There are unsecured embankments.
- There are unsecured embankments.
- The path is also partly designated for cyclists, skaters or horse riders.
- A road used by motor vehicles has to be crossed. The crossing is unsecured.
- The trail is signposted throughout.
National Park Information Centre with exhibition
- The entrance/access to the building is step-free (max. 2 cm threshold).
- Passages and doors are at least 88 cm wide.
- The exhibits are predominantly visible, perceptible and recognisable from a seated position.
- The information on the exhibits can be read mainly from a sitting position.
Public toilet at the car park
- The toilet door can be opened with a Euro key.
- The door is at least 88 cm wide.
- There is a door threshold with a height of 2 cm.
- The manoeuvring spaces are:
in front of the washbasin 146 cm x 159 cm;
in front of the toilet 159 cm x 156 cm;
to the left of the toilet 93 cm x 70 cm;
to the right of the toilet 92 cm x 70 cm. - There are grab rails to the left and right of the toilet.
- Both grab rails can be folded up.
- The washbasin is accessible from underneath at a height of 67 cm and a depth of at least 30 cm.
- The mirror can be viewed while sitting or standing.
- There is a cord as an alarm trigger.
