Some information on accessibility are listed below. For detailed information please see the evaluation report.

  • The train / bus station is approx. 550 m away.
  • A general car park is available (pitch size: 350 cm x 550 cm). The surface condition of the parking space is not low-vibration and not easy to walk and drive on. The parking space is 15 m from the entrance.
  • The entrance is accessible without steps. There is a door threshold with a height of 2.5 cm.

  • All rooms and facilities that can be used and raised for guests are accessible without steps or via a lift. Door thresholds are max. 2.5 cm high with the exception of the terrace door (door threshold height 9 cm).
  • The lift cabin is 95 cm x 128 cm. The lift door is 90 cm wide.
  • Passages and doors in the holiday flat are at least 80 cm wide (exception: bathroom 2 with a door width of 69 cm). The doors in the wellness area (saunas, WC) are 68 cm wide.
  • The reception counter is 115 cm high at the lowest point.

Flat Herb Garden (ground floor)

  • The door is at least 81 cm wide.
  • The manoeuvring spaces are:
    in front of essential furnishings (e.g. cupboards) 104 cm x 77 cm;
    to the left of the bed 77 cm x 172 cm;
    to the right of the bed 132 cm x 177 cm.
  • The bed is 100 cm high.
  • The (dining) table in the kitchen can be moved under at a height of 67 cm with a depth of 30 cm. The sideboard/work surface, sink and cooker, on the other hand, are not wheelchair accessible.
  • The manoeuvring spaces in the bathroom are
    150 cm x 109 cm in front of the washbasin;
    in front of the toilet 138 cm x 78 cm;
    to the left of the toilet 63 cm x 44 cm;
    to the right of the toilet 30 cm x 58 cm.
  • There are grab rails to the left and right of the toilet.
  • The left grab rail can be folded up. 
  • The washbasin is accessible from underneath at a height of 67 cm and a depth of less than 30 cm.
  • The mirror can be viewed while sitting or standing.
  • The shower is accessible without steps. 
  • The shower area is 100 cm x 100 cm.
  • Grab rails are provided in the shower.
  • A shower seat is available or can be provided if required (permanently installed, foldable, hook-in or mobile and stable).

Wellness area (basement)

  • Doors to the saunas and toilets are at least 68 cm wide.
  • The accessibility of the washbasin is restricted by panelling, cupboards or similar.
  • The shower is accessible without steps.
  • The shower area is 135 cm x 200 cm.
  • A shower seat is available or can be provided if required (permanently installed, foldable, hook-in or mobile and stable).

  • Assistance dogs (companion dogs, guide dogs for the blind, etc.) may be brought into all relevant areas/rooms of the establishment/offerings. 
  • The entrance area is recognisable by a tactilely perceptible change of floor covering and visually contrasted with the surroundings. 
  • There are no floor indicators. 
  • Walls or other structural elements can be used almost everywhere for orientation. The walkways in corridors and paths are not visually contrasting with the surroundings throughout the building. 
  • All raised areas that can be used by the guest (entrance area, cashier/counter, bedrooms, corridors, hallways) are well lit, i.e. bright and glare-free.
  • The operating elements (e.g. door handles, light switches, emergency call buttons) are tactilely detectable throughout the building/object and are predominantly visually high-contrast.
  • The staircase in the stairwell has a handrail on one side and is not designed with high contrast. A lift can be used instead of the stairs.  
  • An outgoing emergency call in the lift is confirmed acoustically, e.g. by an intercom system. The stopping position is not announced by voice. 
  • The operating elements in the lift are designed to be visually contrasting, but not tactilely detectable (sensor buttons).

  • An outgoing emergency call in the lift is confirmed acoustically, e.g. by an intercom, but not visually.
  • There is at least one freely available socket near the bed.
  • Ringing or knocking at the flat or room door is not indicated by a flashing signal that can be perceived in all rooms. 
  • There is no audio induction loop system  at the reception. 
  • W-LAN is offered.

  • The name or logo of the business/facility is clearly recognisable from the outside. 
  • The reception counter is directly visible from the entrance door.
  • A business card with the address and telephone number of the holiday home is visibly displayed at the reception or in the bedroom.
