All areas relevant for testing meet the quality criteria of the label "Accessibility certified - accessible for people with walking disabilities and partially accessible for wheelchair users".

• The Watzmann Therme bus stop is 160 meters away.
• There are four marked parking spaces for people with disabilities.
• The building is accessible without steps.
• Almost all rooms and facilities that can be used by guests are accessible without steps or via a ramp and elevator.
• Exceptions: The indoor and outdoor saltwater pools and the Swiss stone pine sauna are only accessible via steps.
• The ramp to the gym has a maximum gradient of 7.6% and a total length of 7 m.
• The ramp to the adventure pool (upper floor) has a maximum gradient of 9% and a total length of 6 m.
• The ramp (outdoor path) to the tunnel sauna has a maximum gradient of 8% and a total length of 7 m.
• Almost all doors/passages that can be used by guests are at least 90 cm wide.
• Exceptions: sauna doors between 67 cm and 81 cm wide, shop door 84 cm wide, and door to the outdoor saltwater pool 80 cm wide.
• The cash desk is 110 cm high at its lowest point. There is another, equivalent communication option available while seated.
• There is a sanitary room available for people with disabilities.

• The pool edges are visually contrasted.
• The font of the menu in the restaurants of the sauna and water landscape is straightforward and visually rich in contrast.
