Watzmann Thermal Bath

All areas relevant for testing meet the quality criteria of the label "Accessibility certified - accessible for people with walking disabilities and partially accessible for wheelchair users".

• The bus stop "Watzmann Therme" is 160 m away.
• There are 4 marked parking spaces for people with disabilities (parking space size: 360 cm x 500 cm).
• The surface quality of the car park is easy to walk and drive on.
• The path from the car park to the entrance is 50 m long. It is easy to walk and drive on and has a maximum longitudinal gradient of 5 % over a distance of 40 m.
• The building is steplessly accessible.
• Almost all evaluated rooms and facilities available to the guests are steplessly accessible at ground level or via a ramp and an elevator.
• Exception: The brine pools indoors and outdoors and the "Zirbensauna" are only accessible via steps.
• The ramp to the gymnastics room has a maximum gradient of 7,6% and a total length of 7 m.
• The ramp to the swimming pool (1st upper floor) has a maximum gradient of  % and a total length of 6 m.
• The ramp (outdoors) to the "Stollensauna" has a maximum gradient of 8% and a total length of 7 m.
• The elevator cabin measures 107 cm x 138 cm. The elevator door is 90 cm wide.

• The maneuvering spaces are:
  in front of/behind the door, in front of the toilet and in front of the washbasin at least 150 cm x 150 cm;
  left of the toilet 90 cm x 70 cm, no maneuvering space on the right.
• There are handles on the right and left of the toilet. The handle on the left of the toilet can be folded up.
• The washbasin has limited wheelchair access.
• The mirror can be seen while standing or sitting.
• An alarm trigger (cord) is present.

Public toilet with shower for people with disabilities in the water landscape (1st upper floor)

• The maneuvering spaces are:
  in front of/behind the door, in front of the toilet and in front of the washbasin at least 150 cm x 150 cm;
  left of the toilet at least 90 cm x 70 cm, no maneuvering space on the right.
• There are handles on the right and left of the toilet. The handle on the left of the toilet can be folded up.
• The washbasin has limited wheelchair access.
• The mirror can be seen while standing or sitting.
• The shower is accessible without thresholds.
• The maneuvering space in the shower is 120 cm x 110 cm.
• A shower seat is available or can be provided if required.
• There are horizontally mounted grab handles in the shower.
