  • There is a bus stop (Martin Luther Church) of local transport in 250 m. 
  • There is a general parking lot available. The parking lot is 4 m away from the entrance.
  • The entrance/access to the building is possible without steps
  • All rooms and facilities that can be used and raised for the guest are accessible without steps or by elevator. 
  • The elevator car is 100 cm x 140 cm. The elevator door is 90 cm wide. There is no horizontal control panel.
  • Passages and doors are at least 74 cm wide. 
  • The reception counter is 78 cm high at the lowest point. There is another, equivalent seated communication option.
  • There are wheelchair accessible tables in the breakfast room (maximum height 80 cm, wheelchair accessible at a height of 67 cm with a depth of 30 cm). 

Room 7, ground floor (double room)

  • The manoeuvring spaces are as follows:
    in front of essential furnishings (e.g. cupboards) 160 cm x 300 cm;
    to the left of the bed 90 cm x 200 cm; to the right of the bed 70 cm x 200 cm. The beds can be moved.
  • The bed is 61 cm high.
  • The manoeuvring spaces in the bathroom are:
    in front of the washbasin 120 cm x 210 cm; in front of the WC 100 cm x 120 cm;
    to the left of the WC 45 cm x 55 cm; to the right of the WC 16 cm x 55 cm.
  • There are no grab rails.
  • The washbasin is wheelchair compatible at a height of 67 cm and a depth of less than 30 cm.
  • The mirror can be seen while sitting or standing.
  • The shower is steplessly accessible and measures 182 cm x 118 cm.
  • A shower seat is available or can be provided if required (permanently installed, foldable, hook-in or mobile and stable).  
  • Suction cup grab rails for the shower can be provided. 
  • There is no alarm trigger (cord, button) available. 

Room 6, ground floor (double room)

  • The manoeuvring spaces are:
    in front of essential furnishings (e.g. cupboards) 160 cm x 300 cm;
    to the left of the bed 70 cm x 200 cm; to the right of the bed 90 cm x 200 cm. The beds can be moved.
  • The bed is 61 cm high.
  • The manoeuvring spaces in the bathroom are:
    177 cm x 105 cm in front of the washbasin and toilet;
    there are no manoeuvring spaces to the left and right of the WC.
  • There are no grab rails.
  • The washbasin is wheelchair compatible at a height of 67 cm and a depth of less than 30 cm.
  • The mirror can be seen while sitting or standing.
  • The shower is steplessly accessible and measures 182 cm x 118 cm.
  • A shower seat is available or can be provided if required (permanently installed, foldable, hook-in or mobile and stable).
  • Suction cup grab rails for the shower can be provided. 
  • There is no alarm trigger (cord, button) available. 

Public WC for people with disabilities, basement

  • The manoeuvring spaces are:
    in front of the washbasin 200 cm x 90 cm; in front of the WC 190 cm x 200 cm;
    to the left of the WC 92 cm x 42 cm; to the right of the WC 56 cm x 46 cm.
  • The washbasin is wheelchair compatible at a height of 67 cm and a depth of less than 30 cm.
  • The mirror can be seen from a sitting or standing position. 
  • There is a button as an alarm trigger.

  • Assistance dogs are allowed in relevant areas/rooms.
  • The entrance is visually rich in contrast,  
  • There are no visually contrasting or tactilely detectable floor indicators available. 
  • Almost all evaluated and usable areas for the guest are well illuminated, i.e. bright and glare-free.   
  • Steps are not visually rich in contrast. The stairs have a handrail on one side. A lift can be used instead of the stairs/steps.
  • An outgoing emergency call in the lift is confirmed acoustically, e.g. by an intercom system. The stopping position is announced by voice.
  •  The menu is designed in a straightforward and high-contrast font. There is a menu in large print.
  • The signage is designed in legible type. There is good visual contrast between the font/pictogram and the background. 
  • The following aids are provided: Reading aids (reading glasses, magnifying glasses, etc.

  • There is no audio induction loop system.  
  • In the event of an acoustic alarm (e.g. fire alarm), there is not a visually clearly perceptible flashing or blinking signal.
  • An outgoing emergency call in the elevator is confirmed visually. 
  • In Room 6 and 7 there are at least one electrical outlet available near the bed. 
  • In the dining room there are no tables with bright and glare-free lighting, on which there are no lamps standing or hanging that interfere with the field of vision or eye contact. 
  • WiFi is offered.
