Get fit and relax at the Vitalzentrum
Fancy a relaxing yoga class? Want to keep fit with exercise sessions? Or perhaps you’d like to let your hair down in a dance class? Then why not try one of the wide range of fitness and relaxation classes on offer at the Vitalzentrum in Bodenmais, in the heart of the Bavarian Forest. There’s a different programme of classes every day from Monday to Saturday. For all holidaymakers staying in Bodenmais with a guest card, these classes are even free of charge. Day visitors and locals can purchase a day pass for just €3.30.
The Vitalzentrum is situated on the edge of the idyllic spa gardens with a beautiful view of the Silberberg. It’s within walking distance of the Tourist Information Centre. Car parks are available right next to the building. Adjacent to the centre is the Silberberg Bathing and Sauna Park, as well as the Silberberg outdoor swimming pool in summer.
All classes at the Vital Centre are led by friendly and experienced instructors. No booking is required for the classes. Simply pop in and relax or work up a sweat!
