All areas relevant for testing meet the quality criteria of the label "Accessibility certified - partially accessible for people with walking disabilities and partially accessible for wheelchair users".

• There is a public parking lot available at 34 m distance.
• There are two signposted parking spaces for people with disabilities in the sauna and bathing park area (parking space size: 300 cm x 500 cm).
• The building is steplessly accessible via a treshold of 2.5 cm.
• Almost all evaluated rooms and facilities available to the guests are stepless or accessible via an elevator.
• The elevator cabin measures 106 cm x 138 cm. 
• All evaluated passageways/doors available to the guests are at least 88 cm wide.

Public toilet for people with disabilities

• The maneuvering spaces are:
  in front of/behind the door, in front of the toilet and the washbasin at least 150 cm x 150 cm;
  left and right of the toilet at least 90 cm x 70 cm.
• There are handles which can be folded up on the right and left of the toilet.
• The washbasin is wheelchair accessible.
• The mirror can be seen while standing or sitting.
• An alarm trigger is present.
