During a hike on the conditionally barrier-free moor nature trail in Aschau i.Chiemgau, visitors discover a mysterious moor landscape over a distance of 1.2 km. Information boards point out special nature experiences. Guided tours are offered from June to September.

Lake Chiemsee, the Bavarian sea, can be discovered particularly well from the water. With the electric boat, you can travel comfortably past Herren- and Fraueninsel and always have the mountains in sight. The boats can be rented round the lake. The boat rental “Stöffl” in Prien offers a hoisting lift, and ensures easy access for everyone.

A bus stop is only a few minutes away (about 60 meters) from the apartment Klampfleitner Lamplhof.

Near the Moor-Safari in Aschau i.Ch. is the bus stop "Aschau/Bernauer Str." of the bus line 9502 (Bernau-Niederndorf (A)). From the Landhotel zur Moor-Safari you can take the bus to Prien a.Chiemsee and from there by train or bus to Aschau i.Chiemgau. From the bus stop it is about 950 meters on foot to the nature adventure trail.

You can reach the boat rental Stöffl from the accommodation, stop "Rimsting Nord" by bus 9510 (Rosenheim-Prien) to "Prien Bahnhof" and then take line 9424 to Prien Hafen/Stock. Walking distance to the stop "Rimsting Nord" is about 300 meters, walking distance from the stop Prien/Stock to the boat rental Stöffl is about 400 meters.
