• All rooms and facilities that can be used by guests and are raised are accessible without steps/at ground level or via a ramp. 
• All doors/passages and paths that can be used and are raised are at least 90 cm wide.
• All “Lint” trains have a passenger compartment with 2 designated spaces for wheelchairs.
• The high-floor area is only accessible via steps. 
• There is a public toilet for people with disabilities, which can be accessed from one side (at least 80 cm). There is a folding grab rail on the accessible side.

• Outdoor paths usually have a visually contrasting and/or tactilely detectable walkway boundary. 
• Assistance dogs are welcome.
• There is no guidance system with floor indicators inside the railcars.
• Stairs are visually and tactilely rich in contrast.
• The opening and closing of doors is announced acoustically.
• The operating elements (e.g. door handles, emergency call buttons) are visually rich in contrast and tactilely detectable almost everywhere.
• All areas are brightly lit and glare-free.
• Signage is designed in easily legible, visually contrasting lettering.
• Information is not available in Braille or prismatic writing.

• In the event of an emergency, there is an announcement on the train. Conductors provide additional information. There is no clearly visible alarm.
