Low-Barrierr Tourist Information Center - easily accessible for erveryone

The Neuschönau Tourist Information Center is located in the beautiful Bavarian Forest National Park holiday region, on the edge of the Bavarian Forest National Park. It is accessible and welcomes all guests. The access to the building is step-free, and an accessible toilet is available. There is a parking space for disabled people directly in front of the entrance. The adjacent Waidlerkino cinema (part of the accessible theme trail in Neuschönau) and our event rooms are also barrier-free, ensuring a barrier-free experience in every aspect.   • The GH Euler bus stop is located 100 meters away.
  • All guest-accessible and surveyed rooms and facilities are barrier-free and can be reached without steps or via an elevator.
  • All doors and passageways accessible to guests are at least 90 cm wide.
  • The counter/cash desk is 110 cm high. There is an alternative way to communicate while seated.
  • There is a public accessible toilet, which can be approached from both sides (at least 90 cm). The grab rails at the toilet are foldable.

  • The signage (for orientation) is designed with clear and high-contrast lettering.

  • An outgoing emergency call in the elevator is confirmed acoustically only. As an alternative, stairs are available.
