• The Marktheidenfeld central bus station is approx. 300 metres away.
• Bronnbachplatz parking lot: There is a parking lot for people with disabilities. The parking space is at least 380 cm wide and 500 cm long. The parking lot is 100m from the entrance.
• All rooms and facilities that can be used and raised for the guest are accessible without steps. 
• Doors and passages are at least 90 cm wide. 
• The counter desk is 108 cm high at the lowest point. 
• Guided tours are available for people with walking disabilities and wheelchair users. Advance reservation for the tour is necessary.

• The manoeuvring spaces are:
  in front of the wash basin 173 cm x 130 cm;
  in front of the WC 200 cm x 108 cm;
  to the left of the WC 92 cm x 70 cm;
  right beside the WC 90 cm x 70 cm.
• There are grab rails on the left and right of the WC.
• Both grab rails   can be folded up. 
• The sink is wheelchair compatible. 
• The mirror can be seen while sitting or standing.
• There is a cord as alarm trigger available.

• Assistance dogs are allowed in relevant areas. 
• The entrance area is visually contrasted to the surroundings. 
• All elevated areas that can be used by guests (entrance area, cashier/counter, bedrooms, corridors, hallways) are well lit, i.e. bright and glare-free.
• The signage is designed in clearly legible writing. 
• There is a good visual contrast between font/pictogram and background. 
• Guided tours are offered for visually impaired and blind people. Advance registration for the guided tour is necessary.

• Guided tours with FM equipment are possible (e.g. headphones, neckloops).
