All areas relevant for testing meet the quality criteria of the label "Accessibility tested - partially barrier-free for people with walking disabilities".

• There is a parking space for people with disabilities (parking space size: 350 cm x 500 cm). 
• The path from the car park to the ground level rear entrance is approx. 170 m, to the main entrance approx. 90 m long. 
• The entrance to the Tourist Information is accessible via thresholds of 3 cm.
• All other evaluated rooms that can be used by the guest are accessible at ground level or via an elevator.
• The elevator is 110 cm x 140 cm in size. The operating elements are not arranged on a horizontal control panel.
• The counters are 87 cm high at the lowest point and 110 cm high at the highest point. There is another equivalent communication possibility in a sitting position.
• All evaluated doors are at least 80 cm wide.

Public toilet for people with disabilities

• The manoeuvring spaces in the sanitary room are:
  • in front of/behind the door 100 cm x 186 cm,
  • in front of the washbasin 128 cm x 90 cm.
  • in front of the toilet 110 cm x 79 cm,
  • to the left of the toilet 23 cm x 56 cm, to the right 110 cm x 56 cm.
• Both sides of the toilet are equipped with grab handles, the right one can be folded up.
• The washbasin is wheelchair compatible and the mirror can be seen while standing or sitting.

• Assistance dogs are allowed.
• The entrance areas are not visually rich in contrast, but can be recognized by a tactile change of floor covering.
• Rooms and corridors are brightly lit.
• There is no guidance system with floor indicators.
