Tourist- and National Park-Information Mauth

Description

Mauth is the official vacation resort of the Bavarian Forest National Park vacation region.
In the former forestry office building in Mauth, you will find the Bavarian Forest National Park Information Center and the Mauth Tourist Information Center.
There you will receive information, advice and tips about the region as well as the Bavarian Forest and Šumava National Parks. Questions about your excursion or vacation as well as about the Bavarian Forest National Park will be gladly answered on site.

  • All doors/passages and paths that are accessible to guests are at least 80 cm wide.
  • The information counter is 95 cm high.
  • Exhibits and information are mostly visible while seated.
  • Seating is available.
  • There is a public toilet for people with disabilities, which is accessible from one side (at least 80 cm). There are folding grab rails to the left and right of the toilet.
