- There is a parking lot for people with disabilities.
- All rooms and facilities that can be used by guests are accessible without steps/at ground level or via a stair platform lift.
- All doors/passages and paths that can be used by guests and are raised are at least 69 cm wide.
- Exhibits and information are mainly visible from a seated position.
- The information desk in the Tourist Information on the first floor is also the museum ticket office. The counter is 108 cm high. There is another, equivalent means of communication while seated.
- Seating is available.
- There is a public toilet for people with disabilities, which can be accessed from at least one side (at least 80 cm). There is a folding grab rail on the accessible side.
- People with walking disabilities and wheelchair users can take part in the regular guided tour. Seating is available during the tour. The entire route is accessible for wheelchairs. Pre-registration is requested.
