Description
The Tourist Information in Regensburg is located in the heart of the old town in the historic Old Town Hall - a 15-minute walk from the main train station. The spacious Tourist Information is barrier-free accessible via an automatic door and has an electric lift. A lowered counter and an induction system are available. Visitors can find information about the city, a ticket service for events and guided tours, as well as tips for excursions. Consultations are possible on site, by telephone or by e-mail. The Euro key is available to borrow for a nearby restroom. Information in plain language is available in print and online, and information in German sign language is available at www.tourismus.regensburg.de .
