Tourist information in the nature park centre

All areas relevant for testing meet the quality criteria of the label "Accessibility certified - partially accessible for people with walking disabilities and wheelchair users".

• There are three parking spaces for people with disabilities. 
• All rooms and facilities that can be used by guests are accessible without steps/at ground level. With the exception of a doorstep to the WC. This is 3 cm high.
• All doors/passages and paths that can be used by guests and are raised are at least 90 cm wide.
• The counter is 93 cm high at its lowest point. There is another, equivalent means of communication while seated.
• There is a public WC for people with disabilities that can be accessed from both sides. There are folding grab rails to the left and right of the toilet.

• Assistance dogs are welcome.
• The signage (for orientation) is designed in easy-to-read, high-contrast lettering.
• All areas are brightly lit and glare-free.
• Information is not available in Braille or prismatic writing.
