• There is no company-owned parking lot. In the old town, we recommend parking in the surrounding parking garages.
• There is a bus stop 110 meters away. The main train station and the associated streetcar stations are 200 - 250 meters away. 
• The building can only be reached via two steps. There is a 183 cm long telescopic jetty ramp with two rails.
• All doors/passages and paths that can be used by guests and are raised are at least 80 cm wide.
• Information is mainly visible from a seated position.
• The counter is 108 cm high. There is no alternative way to communicate while seated.
• There is a public WC, but none for people with disabilities.
