• There is a local transport stop at 40 m.
• There are two parking spaces for people with disabilities. One parking space is at least 360 cm wide and 500 cm long.
• The parking space is 120 m from the entrance.
• The entrance is accessible without steps (door threshold: 2.5 cm height). 
• All rooms and facilities that can be used and raised for the guest are accessible without steps. Door thresholds are max. 2.5 cm high. 
• Passages and doors are at least 88 cm wide. 
• There is a local transport stop (name: bus stop) at 40 m. 
• The counter is 75 cm high at the lowest point. 
• The following aids are provided: Reading aids (reading glasses, magnifying glasses, etc.).

Public toilet

• The manoeuvring spaces are:
  in front of the sink 160 cm x 150 cm;
  in front of the toilet 150 cm x 160 cm;
  to the left of the toilet 90 cm x 70 cm;
  to the right of the toilet 91 cm x 70 cm.
• There are grab rails to the left and right of the toilet.
• Both grab rails can be flipped-up. 
• The sink is wheelchair compatible.
• The mirror can be seen while standing or sitting.
• There is a cord as an alarm trigger.

• Assistance dogs (companion dogs, guide dogs for the blind, etc.) may be brought into all relevant areas/rooms of the establishment/offerings.
•  The entrance area is recognisable by a tactilely perceptible change of floor covering. 
• There are no floor indicators in the interior or exterior areas. 
• All raised areas that can be used by the guest (entrance area, cash desk/counter, bedrooms, corridors, hallways) are well lit, i.e. bright and glare-free.
• The following aids are provided: Reading aids (reading glasses, magnifying glasses, etc.).
• The signage for orientation is designed in clearly legible lettering.
