• There is a parking lot for people with disabilities.
• All rooms and facilities that can be used by guests are accessible without steps/at ground level or via a lift. 
• All passageways/doors and paths are at least 90 cm wide.
• The manoeuvring spaces are at least 110 x 120 cm everywhere. 
• The counter is 54 cm high at its lowest point.
• There is a public toilet for people with disabilities, which can be accessed from at least one side. 
• There are two folding grab rails at the side of the toilet.
