In addition to the theater box office, the central ticket agency, the Tourist Information also houses the Bayreuth Shop with many beautiful souvenirs.

- There are two designated parking spaces for people with disabilities (space size: 350 cm x 515 cm).
- The bus stop "Opernhaus" is 80 m away.
- The building is accessible without steps.
- All rooms and facilities that can be used and raised for the guest are accessible without steps.
- All doors/passages usable and raised for the guest are at least 90 cm wide.
- The counter is 74 cm high at the lowest point.
- Exterior pathways (to WCs) are at least 200 cm wide and easy to walk and drive on, with maximum longitudinal slopes of up to 7% over a distance of 2.70 m.
- Guided tours are offered for people with walking disabilities and wheelchair users. Advance booking is necessary.
- Mobile or fixed seating is available for people with walking disabilities to use during the tour.
- The entire route of the guided tour is step-free for wheelchair users.

- The manoeuvring spaces are:
in front of the sink 185 cm x 125 cm;
in front of the toilet 190 cm x 100 cm;
to the left of the toilet 125 cm x 70 cm;
to the right of the toilet 40 cm x 70 cm. - There are grab rails to the left and right of the toilet.
- Both grab rails can be flipped-up.
- The sink is accessible from underneath at a height of 67 cm and a depth of less than 30 cm.
- The mirror can be seen while standing or sitting.
- A cord is provided as an alarm trigger
