All areas relevant for testing meet the quality criteria of the label "Accessibility certified - partially accessible for people with walking disabilities and wheelchair users".

• There are two parking spaces for people with disabilities. One parking space is at least 240 cm wide and 600 cm long.
• The parking space is 50 m from the entrance.
• The nearest bus stop is at the train station, about 400 m away. 
• Access to the building is step-free (max. 1 cm threshold).
• All rooms and facilities that can be used and raised for the guest are accessible without steps or via a lift. Door thresholds are max. 1 cm high. 
• The platform of the lift is 80 cm wide and 200 cm deep.
• Passages and doors are at least 93 cm wide. 
•  The counter is 95 cm high at its lowest point. 

Public toilet

• The manoeuvring spaces are:
  in front of the washbasin 125 cm x 230 cm; in front of the toilet 230 cm x 123 cm;
  to the left of the toilet 155 cm x 70 cm; to the right of the toilet 79 cm x 70 cm.
• There are grab rails to the left and right of the toilet.
• Both grab rails can be flipped-up.
• The sink has limited access.
• The mirror is not visible while sitting. 
• There is a cord as an alarm trigger.

• Assistance dogs (companion dogs, guide dogs for the blind, etc.) may be brought into all relevant areas/rooms of the establishment/offerings.
• Glass doors are not marked with safety markings.  
• The entrance area is visually contrasting to the surroundings. 
• Stairs have handrails on both sides. Steps are not designed to be contrasting. 
• The raised areas that can be used by the guest (entrance area, cash desk/counter, bedrooms, corridors, hallways) are predominantly well lit, i.e. bright and glare-free.
• The signage is designed in easily legible lettering. There is a good visual contrast between the lettering/pictogram and the background.

• There is no audio induction loop system.
• The alarm (e.g. fire alarm) is clearly audible in the auditorium.
