Deep tunnel hall Peißenberg

All areas relevant for testing meet the quality criteria of the label "Accessibility certified - partially accessible for people with walking disabilities and wheelchair users".

• There are two parking spaces for people with disabilities. One parking space is at least 240 cm wide and 600 cm long.
• The parking space is 50 m from the entrance.
• The nearest bus stop is at the train station, about 400 m away. 
• Access to the building is step-free (max. 1 cm threshold).
• All rooms and facilities that can be used and raised for the guest are accessible without steps or via a lift. Door thresholds are max. 1 cm high. 
• The platform of the lift is 80 cm wide and 200 cm deep.
• All doors/passages and paths that can be used by guests and are subject to a charge are at least 80 cm wide.
• The counter is 95 cm high at its lowest point.
• There is a public toilet for people with disabilities, which is accessible from at least one side (at least 80 cm). There are folding grab rails to the left and right of the toilet.

• The signage (for orientation) is designed in easily legible, high-contrast lettering.
• All elevated areas accessible to guests are brightly lit without glare.
• The entrance area is designed with high visual contrast.
• Steps do not have high-contrast edges.
• Stairs have handrails on both sides.
• Information is not available in relief or Braille.
