SpaNature Bad Rodach

All areas relevant for testing meet the quality criteria of the label "Accessibility certified - partially accessible for people with walking disabilities and wheelchair users".

• There are four parking spaces for people with disabilities.
• The Bad Rodach Thermalbad bus stop is 70 meters away.
• Almost all rooms and facilities that can be used by guests are step-free/at ground level or accessible via an elevator. The restaurant is an exception. It is only accessible via stairs.
• All doors/passages and paths that can be used by guests are at least 80 cm wide.
• There is a sanitary room available for people with disabilities.
• The toilet in this room is accessible from both sides (at least 80 cm). There are folding grab rails to the left and right of the toilet.
• The shower in the sanitary room for people with disabilities is accessible without steps. There are grab rails in the shower. A shower seat is available.
• There is a passenger lift and shallow steps with a handrail for access to the indoor pools and the cardiovascular pool.
• There are shallow steps with a handrail for access to the outdoor pools.
• In the sauna, the manoeuvring space in front of the lower bench is usually at least 120 cm x 120 cm.

• Signage (for orientation) is designed in easily legible, high-contrast lettering.
• All elevated areas accessible to guests are brightly lit without glare.
• The entrance area is designed with high visual contrast.

• Steps do not have high-contrast edges.
• Stairs have at least one handrail on one side.
• The edges of the pools are visually high-contrast.
• There are steps with a handrail for access to the swimming pools.
