Description
On the Stadel-Hof in Altötting you spend your vacation in one of our newly designed and completely barrier-free apartments. The apartments are suitable for 2 - 4 people and also offer every comfort for wheelchair users!
We have designed our apartments not only cozy, but also handicapped accessible! Wide doors, a threshold-free vacation apartment and a barrier-free bathroom make the vacation also for wheelchair users a full success! With your car you can drive directly to the entrance of your vacation apartment. From the apartment you then also have free access to the garden. If you ever need help, we are of course happy to assist you! Our farm is completely accessible, so that you can also comfortably access the inner courtyard with a wheelchair.

- A parking space belongs to the apartment. The surface quality of the car park is easy to walk and drive on.
- The path from the car park to the entrance is 2 m long. It is easy to walk and drive on.
- The building is infinitely accessible via a treshold of 3 cm.
- All evaluated rooms and facilities available to the guests are infinitely accessible at ground level or via a ramp.
- The ramp between the house entrance and the entrance to the holiday flats has a maximum gradient of 6,5 % and a total length of 1 m.
- All evaluated passageways/doors available to the guests are at least 90 cm wide.

- The manoeuvring spaces are:
in front of essential stationary furnishings (e.g. wardrobe) 150 cm x 150 cm;
left of the bed 124 cm x 210 cm;
right of the bed 44 cm x 210 cm. - The bed is 54 cm high and cannot be driven under. A nursing bed is not available.
- The dining table is not wheelchair compatible (maximum height 80 cm, wheelchair accessible at a height of 67 cm and a depth of 30 cm). The kitchen counter, the sink and the stove are not wheelchair compatible.
- The manoeuvring spaces in the bathroom are:
in front of/behind the door 142 cm x 116 cm;
in front of the toilet and in front of the washbasin at least 150 cm x 150 cm;
left of the toilet 74 cm x 70 cm and right of the toilet 116 cm x 70 cm. - There are grab rails available on the right and left of the toilet. The grab rails can be flipped-up.
- The sink is wheelchair compatible.
- The mirror can be seen while standing or sitting.
- The shower is accessible without thresholds.
- The manoeuvring space in the shower is 170 cm x 170 cm.
- A shower seat is available or can be provided if required.
- There are horizontally mounted grab rails available in the shower.
- An alarm trigger (cord) is available.

- The manoeuvring spaces are:
in front of essential stationary furnishings (e.g. wardrobe) 140 cm x 150 cm;
left of the bed 83 cm x 210 cm;
right of the bed 150 cm x 210 cm. - The bed is 54 cm high and cannot be driven under. A nursing bed is not available.
- The dining table is not wheelchair compatible (maximum height 80 cm, wheelchair accessible at a height of 67 cm and a depth of 30 cm). The kitchen counter, the sink and the stove are not wheelchair compatible.
- The manoeuvring spaces in the bathroom are:
in front of/behind the door at least 150 cm x 150 cm;
in front of the toilet 180 cm x 114 cm;
in front of the washbasin 150 cm x 130 cm;
left of the toilet 173 cm x 70 cm and right of the toilet 75 cm x 70 cm. - There are grab rails available on the right and left of the toilet. The grab rails can be flipped-up.
- The sink is wheelchair compatible.
- The mirror can be seen while standing or sitting.
