• There ar no wheelchair parking lots in the underground car park. In front of the hotel there are five public wheelchair parking lots available.
• The bus stop Hauptmarkt is 15 m away.
• The building is steplessly accessible.
• Almost all evaluated rooms and facilities available to the guests are steplessly accessible or via elevators.
• The elevator cabin 1 measures 157 cm x 135 cm. The elevator door is 90 cm wide.
• The elevator cabin 2 measures 96 cm x 125 cm. The elevator door is 75 cm wide.
• Almost all evaluated passageways/doors available to the guests are at least 90 cm wide.
  Exception: The door to room 508 is 81 cm wide, the bathroom door 66 cm.
• The reception desk is 111 cm high. There is not another, equivalent communication possibility while in a sitting position.
• There are wheelchair accessible tables available in the restaurant (maximum height 80 cm, wheelchair accessible at a height of 67 cm and a depth of 30 cm).

Barrier-free room no. 501 (double room)

• The manoeuvring spaces are:
  in front of essential stationary furnishings (e.g. wardrobe) 200 cm x 162 cm;
  left of the bed 55 cm x 200 cm; right of the bed 162 cm x 200 cm.
• The bed is 54 cm high.
• The manoeuvring spaces in the bathroom are:
  in front of the toilet and of the washbasin 200 cm x 200 cm;
  left of the toilet 33 cm x 71 cm and right of the toilet 180 cm x 71 cm.
• There are grab rails available on the right and left of the toilet. The grab rails can be flipped-up.
• The sink is wheelchair compatible.
• The mirror can be seen while standing or sitting.
• The shower is accessible without thresholds.
• The manoeuvring space in the shower is 200 cm x 200 cm.
• A shower seat is available or can be provided if required.
• There are grab rails available in the shower.
• An alarm trigger is available.

Room No. 508 (double room)

• The manoeuvring spaces are:
  in front of essential stationary furnishings (e.g. wardrobe) 200 cm x 116 cm;
  left of the bed 86 cm x 200 cm; right of the bed 172 cm x 200 cm.
• The bed is 54 cm high.
• The bathroom is not designed for people with disabilities (very small manoeuvring spaces, no grab rails, etc.).

Public toilet for people with disabilities

• The manoeuvring spaces are:
  in front of/behind the door, in front of the toilet and the washbasin at least 150 cm x 150 cm;
  left of the toilet 82 cm x 71 cm and right of the toilet 96 cm x 71 cm.
• There are grab rails available on the right and left of the toilet. The grab rails can be flipped-up.
• The sink is wheelchair compatible.
• The mirror can be seen while standing or sitting.
• An alarm trigger is available.

• Stairs have at least a handrail on one side.
• Information is not available in Braille or prismatic font.
