SLYRS Experience World

SLYRS Destillerie GmbH & Co.KG

Description

Since 1999, the SLYRS distillery on Lake Schliersee has been producing whisky from barley malt. Traditional production methods and Bavarian nature give this whisky its unique character.

The entire production process has been carried out in Bavaria's first whisky distillery, which was built specifically for this purpose, since 2007 – with a constant focus on the highest quality. Only new American white oak casks are used for storage for at least three years.

The accompanying shop offers the entire SLYRS range as well as gifts and accessories – the coveted and award-winning SLYRS bottlings are only available in limited quantities. Take a tour or guided tour to look over the distillers' shoulders and learn more about the secrets of whisky distillation.
