Whether it's a conference, a gala evening or a wedding - thanks to its sophisticated modern architecture, high-quality technical equipment and its dreamlike location directly at the Lake Tegernsee, the Seeforum is a multifunctional venue that provides a stylish setting for any occasion, private or business. 

The heart of the building is the large "Wallberg" hall on the upper floor, which offers an 80 square metre stage if required. The event rooms, banquet area and toilets are accessible. The Seeforum also has a lift. All rooms are bright and friendly, have high-quality parquet flooring and can be flexibly changed using mobile partition walls. The rooms are rounded off by an in-house daytime café, which can be reserved for private parties on request. 

Rottach-Egern is located on Lake Tegernsee surrounded by mountains in the Tegernsee Valley, one of the most beautiful holiday regions in Germany. 

Here, guests can expect a wide range of leisure and recreational opportunities as well as a first-class restaurant and hotel landscape in the immediate vicinity of the Seeforum.

  • There are three marked parking spaces for people with disabilities (parking space size: 350 cm x 500 cm). 
  • The parking space is 20 m from the entrance. The path between the bus stop is easy to walk and drive on and has a maximum longitudinal slope of 8 % over 10 m. The entrance / access is not step-free.
  • The building is steplessly accessible.
  • All evaluated rooms and facilities available to the guests are accessible at ground level or via elevator.
  • The elevator cabin is 105 cm x 140 cm. The elevator door is 90 cm wide.
  • The lift door is 90 cm wide.

  • Both grab rails can be flipped-up.
  • The sink is wheelchair compatible. 
  • The mirror can be seen while standing or sitting.
