Some information on accessibility are listed below. For detailed information please see the evaluation report.
- There are four marked parking spaces for people with disabilities (parking space size: 350 cm x 500 cm).
- The path from the car park to the entrance is 17 m long.
- The building is steplessly accessible via the side entrance.
- All evaluated rooms and facilities available to the guests are steplessly accessible at ground level or via elevators.
- The elevator cabin measures 134 cm x 188 cm.
- Almost all evaluated passageways/doors available to the guests are at least 90 cm wide.
Exception: The door to the staircase is 84 cm wide and the corridor doors on the 1st and 2nd floor are 87 cm wide. - The reception desk is at its lowest point 90 cm high.

Barrier-free room 119 (double room, 1st floor)
- The manoeuvring spaces are:
in front of essential stationary furnishings (e.g. wardrobe) 115 cm x 160 cm;
left of the bed 121 cm x 210 cm, right of the bed 162 cm x 210 cm. - The bed is 53 cm high.
- The manoeuvring spaces in the bathroom are:
in front of the toilet and the washbasin at least 150 cm x 150 cm;
left of the toilet 70 cm x 70 cm, no manoeuvring space on the right. - There are grab rails available on the right and left of the toilet. The grab rails can be flipped-up.
- The sink is wheelchair compatible.
- The mirror can be seen while standing or sitting.
- The shower is accessible without thresholds.
- The manoeuvring space in the shower is 148 cm x 148 cm.
- A shower seat is available or can be provided if required.

Barrier-free room 217 (double room, 2nd floor)
- There is a connecting door to another room available.

left of the bed 160 cm x 205 cm, right of the bed 65 cm x 205 cm. - The bed is 53 cm high.
- The manoeuvring spaces in the bathroom are:

left and right of the toilet 90 cm x 70 cm. - There are grab rails available on the right and left of the toilet. The grab rails can be flipped-up.

Some information on accessibility are listed below.
- Assistance dogs are allowed.
- The entrance is visually rich in contrast.
- All evaluated and usable areas for the guest are well illuminated, i.e. bright and glare-free.
- There are no visually contrasting or tactilely detectable floor indicators available.
- The signage is not designed in clearly legible and contrasting font.
- Information for orientation can be captured tactilely (e.g. relief or prismatic writing).
- Information for orientation is available in Braille.
- An outgoing emergency call in the elevator is confirmed audibly. The break position is not announced by spoken commands. The operating controls are visually rich in contrast and tactilely detectable.
- Alternatively stairs are available.
- At least at the first and last step, stairs have visually contrasting edges.
- Stairs have handrails on both sides.
- The menu font in the restaurant is straightforward and visually rich in contrast.

- The alarm is clearly visible in the following rooms: in all 24 barrier-free designed rooms
- There is no audio induction loop system.
- An outgoing emergency call in the elevator is confirmed audibly.
- Alternatively stairs are available.
- In the restaurant there are tables with bright and glare-free lighting, on which there are no lamps standing or hanging that interfere with the field of vision or eye contact.
- There is a seating area with low background noises (e.g. corner seating, separate room).
- There is at least one electrical outlet available near the bed.
- W-LAN is offered.
- There is a vibration alarm clock available.
