All areas relevant for testing meet the quality criteria of the label "Accessibility certified - accessible for people with walking disabilities and partially accessible for wheelchair users".

Some information on accessibility are listed below. For detailed information please see the evaluation report.

  • Parking spaces are available for people with disabilities.
  • All rooms and facilities that can be used by guests are accessible without steps/at ground level or via a ramp or elevator. 
  • The outdoor paths are at least 150 cm wide and mostly easy to walk and drive on.
  • All doors/passages that can be used by guests and are raised are at least 130 cm wide.
  • There are separate entrances for wheelchair users (entrances E7 - E10).

SAP Garden - Gameday

  • The ticket counter is 80 cm high at its lowest point. It is recommended to buy tickets in advance. Ticket counters are located at entrances E2 and E7.
  • The beverage sales counters are 90 cm high and wheelchair compatible. There are separate, wheelchair-compatible counters for advance bookings.
  • The doors to the grandstand are 105 cm wide. A second wing can be opened by the staff.
  • Wheelchair spaces are available, including space for an accompanying person.
  • Tables in the Red Bull Gaming Garden with computers are wheelchair compatible. The Playstation screen hangs at a height of 145 cm.
  • There are tables in the “Henry” restaurant that are max. 80 cm high and wheelchair compatible at a height of 67 cm and a depth of 30 cm.
  • There are public WCs for people with disabilities, which can be accessed from both sides. There are folding grab rails to the left and right of the toilet.   
  • The toilets are always open on match days. Outside of match times, the WC for people with disabilities is open in the restaurant and in the ice rink (on request).

 Eissporthalle Etage -1

  • The ice rink can be reached via an elevator.
  • There are five wheelchair spaces in ice rink 1, including space for an accompanying person.
  • The ticket counter and skate rental area are 90 cm high.
  • The changing rooms are at least 110 cm wide. Seating is available.
  • The ice surface can be accessed via a 3 cm high threshold.
  • There are public toilets for people with disabilities, which can be accessed from both sides. There are folding grab rails to the left and right of the toilet.

  • Assistance dogs are not permitted.
  • The signage (for orientation) is designed in easily legible and high-contrast lettering.
  • There is a good contrast between the lettering and pictograms on the signage.
  • Control elements are tactile.
  • The stopping position and the exit side are announced by voice in the elevator.
  • The first and last steps of a staircase have horizontal and vertical contrasting edges. 
  • Stairs have handrails on both sides.
  • All areas are brightly lit and glare-free. Except during the pre-game show.
  • Information is not available in Braille or prismatic writing. 
  • There are six action game days for blind people and people with visual impairments per season. On these days, you will be given an audio device to experience the action, atmosphere and video presentations.
  • Please keep an eye on the EHC Red Bull München website and order your tickets in good time.

  • An outgoing emergency call in the elevator is confirmed acoustically. Alternatively, stairs are available.
  • Orientation information is provided in writing, in photorealistic representations or in the form of pictograms.
  • There is no audio induction system.

  • The name of SAP Gardens is clearly recognizable from the outside. The entrances are well signposted.
  • The destinations of the paths are within sight or there are signs at a constantly visible distance.
