Circular Trail arround the City Pond Riedenburg

Description

The town pond in Riedenburg - an attractive local recreational opportunity.

In 1992, the Main-Danube Canal was officially opened, an incisive event that significantly shaped the cityscape and landscape in Riedenburg. In the course of this event, the town pond was created as an attractive local recreation area. Well-developed circular paths as well as a sculpture path, which was created here on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of the Main-Danube Canal, invite you to take a walk and a children's playground offers the little ones enough space to let off steam. On selected dates, events also take place around the town pond and on the lake stage. A paved circular path allows a carefree stay for all visitors. In the summer months, there is also a sanitary building with a accessible toilet available free of charge.
