  • General parking spaces are available in the public traffic area around the Dutzendteich pond. The surface conditions of the outdoor paths make them easy to walk on and drive on (solid sand and gravel surface).
  • The main entrance to the foyer in the direction of the restaurant / toilet / event room and the entrance to the Weizenstube guest room is accessible without steps or thresholds.
  • Doors and passageways are at least 90 cm wide. There are no carousel or rotary doors.
  • All rooms raised that are available to the guest are accessible at ground level (exceptions: Wannerstube and Seerosenstube on the upper floor via stairs). The staircase to the upper floor has a one-sided handrail.
  • In the Restaurant Weizenstube there are no wheelchair compatible tables.

Public toilet for people with disabilities on the ground floor

  • The manoeuvring space is as follows:
    in front of / behind the door 160 cm x 130 cm,
    in front of toilet 140 cm x 150 cm and in front of washbasin 160 cm x 130 cm,
    left of toilet 25 cm x 72 cm, right 100 cm x 72 cm,
  • On both sides of the toilet there are fold-up handles.
  • The washbasin has limited access and the mirror can be seen while standing or sitting.

  • Assistance dogs are allowed.
  • The entrance area is not visually contrasted to the surroundings. There is a tactile perceptible floor covering change.
  • Rooms and corridors are brightly lit and glare-free.
  • Operating elements can be detected tactilely in the entire building and are visually rich in contrast almost everywhere.
  • Walkways are visually rich in contrast everywhere, but are not marked with tactile markings. The walls cannot be used as a guide.
  • The signage is clearly designed in legible font, but not in Braille.
  • There are no obstacles, e.g. objects protruding into the path / room.
  • The menu font is straightforward and visually rich in contrast.

  • There is no alarm in the building.
  • An audio induction loop is not available.
  • In the guest rooms on the upper floor and ground floor there are tables where there are no lamps standing or hanging that restrict the field of vision. 
  • Seating areas with low background noisesare available.

  • The name or logo of the facility is clearly recognizable from the outside.
  • There is no information in easy language.
  • There is no menu with pictures available. The food is not presented visibly.
  • The objective of the path is within sight.
