• There are 2 designated parking spaces for people with disabilities. 
• The entrance/access to the building is step-free.
• There is a bus stop (name: bus stop Edelweißstrasse/PUC) of local transport in 25 m. 
• All rooms and facilities that can be used and raised for the guest are accessible without steps. Door thresholds are max. 4 cm high. 
• Existing passageways are at least 88 cm wide.'

• The washbasin is wheelchair accessible at a height of 67 cm and a depth of at least 30 cm.
• The mirror is visible in sitting and standing position.
• There is a cord as an alarm trigger.

• Assistance dogs are allowed after consultation.
• The main entrance and the underground car park exit are visually rich in contrast and can be recognized by a tactile change of the floor covering. The doors at the underground car park exit and the main entrance open automatically.
• Glass doors are not marked with safety markings. There are no carousel or rotary doors.
• In the elevator, the outgoing emergency call is confirmed acoustically. Operating elements are tactilely detectable and visually rich in contrast. The stopping position is not announced by speech (serves only two floors).
• Stairs do not have high-contrast step surfaces. Handrails are usually present (exception: step at the entrance).
• Operating elements are visually rich in contrast everywhere and marked with tactile markings almost everywhere.
• Paths are almost everywhere visually rich in contrast and marked with tactile markings or the walls can be used for orientation.
• The evaluated areas usable by the guest are predominantly brightly lit and glare-free (exception: elevator cab).
