In the foyer of the Prinz Ludwig Palais there are two modern conference rooms as well as a conference bistro, which are particularly suitable for seminars, workshops, job interviews, standing receptions, after-work events and lectures.

In addition, 80 m² of terrace space in the quiet courtyard is available for refreshing breaks or break outs. The experienced team of Bayern Tourist GmbH is your reliable partner for organization, realization as well as support of your event.

  • The bus station "Pinakotheken" is approx. 300 m from the entrance.
  • There is a parking space for people with disabilities in the underground car park - 2nd floor (entrance via Prinz-Ludwig-Straße).  (parking space)
  • The parking space is at least 360 cm wide and 520 cm long. The parking space is 80 m from the entrance.
  • The entrance is accessible without steps. The door threshold is max. 2.5 cm high.
  • All rooms and facilities that can be used and raised for the guest are accessible without steps or via a lift. 
  • The lift cabin is 111 cm x 206 cm. The lift door is 90 cm wide.
  • Passages and doors are at least 90 cm wide. 
  • The reception counter is 110 cm high at its lowest point. 
  • The conference rooms are equipped with accessible tables (maximum height 80 cm, accessible at a height of 67 cm with a depth of 30 cm). 

Public WC for people with disabilities (1st floor)

  • The manoeuvring spaces are:
    137 cm x 200 cm in front of the washbasin;
    in front of the toilet 122 cm x 160 cm;
    to the left of the toilet 50 cm x 70 cm;
    to the right of the toilet 52 cm x 70 cm.
  • There are grab rails to the left and right of the toilet.
  • Both grab rails can be flipped-up. 
  • The washbasin is accessible from underneath at a height of 67 cm and a depth of at least 30 cm.
  • The mirror can be viewed while sitting or standing.
  • There is a cord as an alarm trigger.

  • Assistance dogs (companion dogs, guide dogs for the blind, etc.) may be brought into all relevant areas/rooms of the facility/offer.
  • There are glass doors with no safety markings at a height of 40-70 cm and 120-160 cm.
  • Stairs have handrails on both sides. 
  • An outgoing emergency call in the lift is confirmed acoustically, e.g. by an intercom system. The stopping position is announced by voice.
  • All raised areas that can be used by the guest (entrance area, cash desk/counter, bedrooms, corridors, hallways) are well lit, i.e. bright and glare-free.
  • There are no visually contrasting or tactile floor indicators. 
  • The signage is designed in legible lettering. There is good visual contrast between the lettering/pictogram and the background.

  • There is no audio induction loop system.
  • There is no visually clearly perceptible alarm (e.g. fire alarm).
  • An outgoing emergency call in the lift is confirmed acoustically but not visually.
  • In the bistro area and the daytime areas, there are tables with bright and glare-free lighting, with no lamps hanging or standing on them to disturb the field of vision or eye contact.
  • There are tables in the bistro area with low ambient noise.

  • The reception counter is directly visible from the entrance door.
