• There are three parking spaces for people with disabilities.
• The “Schweinfurter Straße” bus stop is located 50 meters away.
• All guest-accessible areas and facilities are either step-free/at ground level or accessible via elevators.
• All guest-accessible doors, passageways, and walkways are at least 90 cm wide.
• The reception desk is 95 cm high. An alternative, equivalent means of communication while seated is available.
• There are three rooms designed to be accessible.
• The toilet in the room is accessible from one side (at least 90 cm).
• There is only one flip-up grab bar on the accessible side of the toilet.
• The sink is wheelchair compatible, and the mirror is visible even when seated.
• Access to the shower is threshold-free. A shower chair is available. There is no grab bar directly next to the shower.
• The restaurant/breakfast room has tables that are no more than 80 cm high and are wheelchair compatible at a height of 67 cm and a depth of 30 cm.
• There is a public restroom for people with disabilities that is accessible from at least one side (at least 90 cm). There are flip-up grab bars to the left and right of the toilet.

• Assistance dogs are welcome.
• The entrance area is designed with high visual contrast.
• Signage (for wayfinding) is designed with easily readable, high-contrast text.
• All elevated areas accessible to guests are illuminated with bright, glare-free lighting.
• Controls are designed to be identifiable by touch.
• An emergency call made from the elevator is confirmed with an audible signal. The stop position is announced in the elevator using non-verbal cues.
• Stairs have edges with high visual contrast on at least the first and last steps. Handrails are provided on both sides.
• The font on the menu is simple and features high visual contrast.
• Information is not available in Braille or raised lettering.

• In the event of an audible alarm, there is also a clearly visible flashing light signal in rooms 310, 410, and 1204, as well as at the bar.
• An audio induction loop system or another technical solution for people with hearing impairments (e.g., Sennheiser Mobile Connect, Phonak Roger) is available. 
• A Deafgard (mobile device) is available: when a smoke alarm sounds, it activates a vibration pad and a strobe light; it also functions as a vibrating alarm clock. 
• Information is provided in writing.
• Wi-Fi is available.
• In the designated rooms (310, 410, and 1204), there is at least one freely accessible electrical outlet near the bed.
• An emergency call made from the elevator is confirmed only by an audible signal. Stairs are available as an alternative.
• In the restaurant/breakfast room, there are tables with bright, glare-free lighting, with no lamps standing or hanging above them that obstruct the field of vision or eye contact.
