• There is a parking lot for people with disabilities.
• The Eidstrasse bus stop is about 130 meters away.
• All rooms and facilities that can be used by guests are accessible without steps/at ground level or via an elevator. 
• All doors/passages that can be used by guests and are raised are at least 90 cm wide.
• The reception counter is 81 cm high.
• There are two barrier-free rooms.
• The WC in these rooms can be accessed from one side (one on the right, one on the left) (at least 90 cm). There are folding grab rails to the left and right of the WC. 
• The washbasin can be driven under and the mirror can be seen while standing or sitting.
• Access to the shower is barrier-free. A grab rail and a shower chair are available.
