- There are two marked parking spaces for people with disabilities in the underground car park.
- The bus stop "Klenzebrücke" is located 80 meters away.
- The building is accessible without steps.
- All evaluated rooms and facilities available to the guests are accessible at ground level or via lifts. The lift cabins are 108 cm x 145 cm.
- All evaluated passageways/doors available to the guests are at least 90 cm wide.
- The reception desk is 115-120 cm high. There is another, equivalent communication option available while seated.
- Wheelchair compatible tables are available in the breakfast area (maximum height 80 cm, wheelchair compatible at a height of 67 cm and a depth of 30 cm).
Room 1 and 3 (double room)
- The rooms are similar with alternating manoeuvering spaces.
- The manoeuvering spaces are at least 155 cm x 200 cm in front of essential furnishings (e.g. cabinets) and to the left or right of the bed.
- The beds are 50 cm high, but cannot be driven under.

Room 4 (double room)
- There are 15 rooms of identical construction, according to the facility.
- The manoeuvering spaces are:
in front of essential furnishings (e.g. cabinets) 110 cm x 350 cm;
to the left of the bed 90 cm x 200 cm; to the right of the bed 110 cm x 200 cm. - The bed is 62 cm high.
- The manoeuvering space in the bathroom is:
in front of the sink and the WC 170 cm x 110 cm;
to the left of the WC 40 cm x 70 cm; to the right of the WC 35 cm x 70 cm. - The sink is wheelchair compatible. The mirror is visible in sitting and standing position.
- The threshold-free shower is 119 cm x 119 cm. A shower seat can be provided if needed.
- There are no grab bars on the toilet or in the shower.
- There is no alarm trigger available.
Public WC for people with disabilities (basement)
- The manoeuvering spaces are:

- An outgoing emergency call in the elevator is confirmed visually.
- In addition, Deafgards (mobile devices) are available: the alarm signal of a smoke detector activates a vibration cushion and a stroboscopic light. The devices also function as vibration alarm clocks.
- In the breakfast room there are tables with bright and glare-free lighting, on which there are no lamps standing or hanging that interfere with the field of vision or eye contact. There is no seating area with low background noises (e.g. corner seating, separate room).
- WiFi is offered.
- There is at least one electrical outlet available near the bed.
- In the barrier-free designed rooms there is an emergency bell directly at the bedside, which triggers an alarm signal at the reception.
