All areas relevant for testing meet the quality criteria of the label "Accessibility certified - accessible for people with walking disabilities and partially accessible for wheelchair users".

• There is one marked parking space for people with disabilities in the underground garage.
• The building is accessible without steps.
• All evaluated rooms and facilities available to the guests are accessible at ground level or via elevators. 
• The elevator cabins are 109 cm x 220 cm.
• All evaluated passageways/doors available to the guests are at least 90 cm wide.
• The reception desk is 115 cm high at the lowest point. There is another equivalent possibility of communication in a sitting position.
• Wheelchair compatible tables are available in the breakfast area (maximum height 80 cm, wheelchair compatible at a height of 67 cm and a depth of 30 cm).

Room No. 1 (double room, ground floor)

• The manoeuvring spaces are:
  in front of essential furnishings (e.g. wardrobes) 130 cm x 200 cm;
  to the left of the bed 120 cm x 407 cm; to the right of the bed 152 cm x 407 cm.
• The bed is 50 cm high.
• The manoeuvring spaces in the bathroom are:
  in front of the sink and the WC 144 cm x 214 cm;
  to the left of the WC 156 cm x 71 cm; to the right of the WC 30 cm x 71 cm.
• There are grab rails to the left and right of the WC. The left grab rail can be folded up. 
• The washbasin has limited access and the mirror can be viewed while sitting or standing.
• The shower without threshold is 117 cm x 118 cm. Grab rails and a shower seat are provided.
• There is an alarm trigger.

Room No. 2 (double room, ground floor)

• The manoeuvring spaces are:
  in front of essential furnishings (e.g. wardrobes) 128 cm x 200 cm;
  to the left of the bed 145 cm x 401 cm; to the right of the bed 122 cm x 401 cm.
• The bed is 51 cm high.
• There is an emergency bell right by the bed.
• The manoeuvring spaces in the bathroom are:
  in front of the sink and the WC 200 cm x 138 cm;
  to the left of the WC 32 cm x 71 cm; to the right of the WC 153 cm x 71 cm.
• There are grab rails to the left and right of the WC. The right grab rail can be folded up. 
• The washbasin has limited access and the mirror can be viewed while sitting or standing.
• The shower without threshold is 156 cm x 200 cm. Grab rails and a shower seat are provided.
• There is an alarm trigger.

Public WC for people with disabilities (basement)

• The manoeuvring spaces are:
  in front of the sink and the WC 168 cm x 168 cm;
  to the left and right of the WC at least 93 cm x 71 cm.
• There are fold-up grab rails to the left and right of the WC.
• The washbasin is wheelchair compatible.
• There is an alarm trigger.

• Assistance dogs are allowed in relevant areas/rooms.
• All evaluated and usable areas for the guest are well illuminated, i.e. bright and glare-free.
• An outgoing emergency call in the elevator is confirmed audibly. The break position is announced by spoken commands. The operating controls are visually rich in contrast and tactilely detectable.
• The signage is designed in clearly legible and contrasting font.
• Information is not available in Braille or prismatic font.
• There is an emergency bell right by the bed in room 2.

• There is an audio induction loop system at the reception.
• An outgoing emergency call in the elevator is confirmed audibly. Alternatively, stairs are available.
• In the breakfast area there are tables with bright and glare-free lighting, on which there are no lamps standing or hanging that interfere with the field of vision or eye contact. There is no seating area with low background noises (e.g. corner seating, separate room).
• WiFi is offered.
• The alarm is visually clearly perceptible in the rooms.
• In the evaluated rooms (1 and 2, double rooms) there is at least one electrical outlet available near the bed. There is an emergency bell right by the bed in room 2.
• Ringing or knocking at the room door is not indicated by a flashing signal.
• Aids offered: vibration alarm clock
