• There is a parking space for people with disabilities in the underground garage.
• All guest-accessible areas and facilities are either step-free/at ground level or accessible via elevators. 
• All guest-accessible doors and passageways are at least 90 cm wide.
• There is no lowered reception desk. However, an alternative, equivalent means of communication while seated is available.
• There are two barrier-free rooms (1 and 2).
• The toilet in these rooms is accessible from the right or left (at least 90 cm). A flip-up grab bar is available on the accessible side of the toilet.
• The sink is wheelchair compatible, and the mirror is visible while seated.
• Access to the shower is threshold-free. A grab bar and a shower chair are available.
• In the breakfast room, there are tables that are max. 80 cm high and wheelchair compatible at a height of 67 cm and a depth of 30 cm.
• There is a public restroom for people with disabilities that is accessible from both sides (90 cm).
• There is a flip-up grab bar on the left side of the toilet. There are flip-up grab bars on the left and right sides of the toilet.

• Service dogs are welcome.
• The entrance area is designed with high visual contrast.
• Signage (for wayfinding) is designed with clearly legible, high-contrast text.
• All elevated areas accessible to guests are illuminated with bright, glare-free lighting.
• An emergency call made in the elevator is confirmed with an audible signal. The floor number is announced by voice in the elevator.
• Stair treads do not have high-contrast edges. Stairs have handrails on both sides.
• In Room 2, there is an emergency call button right next to the bed.
• Information is not available in Braille or raised lettering..

• There is an audio induction loop system at the reception.
• An outgoing emergency call in the elevator is confirmed audibly. Alternatively, stairs are available.
• In the breakfast area there are tables with bright and glare-free lighting, on which there are no lamps standing or hanging that interfere with the field of vision or eye contact. 
• WiFi is offered.
• The alarm is visually clearly perceptible in the rooms.
• In the evaluated rooms (1 and 2, double rooms) there is at least one electrical outlet available near the bed. There is an emergency bell right by the bed in room 2.
• Aids offered: vibration alarm clock
