- The bus stop "Berching Vorstadt" is about 150 m from the hotel.
- There is 1 parking space for people with disabilities. A parking space is at least 260 cm wide and 600 cm long.
- The surface of the parking lot and the path between the parking lot and the entrance is not low vibration and easy to walk and drive on.
- The parking lot is 15 m away from the entrance.
- The entrance/access to the building is possible without steps via the side entrance (max. 2 cm threshold, if necessary via a ramp).
- All rooms and facilities that can be used and raised for the guest are accessible without steps or a lift.
- The platform of the lift is 110 cm wide and 200 cm deep.
- Doors and passageways are at least 80 cm wide (exception: sauna with 78 cm door width).
- The reception counter is 112 cm high at the lowest point.
- In the restaurant and breakfast room there is a table that can be moved underneath (maximum height 80 cm, can be moved underneath at a height of 67 cm with a depth of 30 cm).
Room 12 (double room)
- The manoeuvring spaces are:
in front of essential furnishings (e.g. cupboards) 200 cm x 200 cm;
to the left of the bed 200 cm x 200 cm; on the right side of the bed 108 cm x 200 cm. - The bed is 60 cm high.
- The manoeuvring in the bathroom are:
in front of the sink 150 cm x 200 cm; in front of the toilet 170 cm x 170 cm;
to the left of the toilet 74 cm x 70 cm; to the right of the toilet 90 cm x 70 cm. - There are grab bars to the left and right of the toilet .
- Both grab rails can be folded up.
- The washbasin is accessible at a height of 67 cm and a depth of at least 30 cm.
- The mirror can be viewed while sitting or standing.
- The shower is accessible without steps.
- The shower / shower area is 190 cm x 120 cm.
- There are grab bars in the shower.
- A shower seat is available or can be provided if needed (fixed, folding, hook-in or mobile and stable).
- There is an alarm trigger available.
Room 13 (double room).
- The manoeuvring spaces are:
in front of essential furnishings (e.g. cupboards) 200 cm x 185 cm;
to the left of the bed 112 cm x 200 cm;
to the right of the bed 176 cm x 112 cm. - The bed is 60 cm high.
- The manoeuvring spaces in the bathroom are:
in front of the sink 125 cm x 190 cm; in front of the toilet 150 cm x 160 cm;
to the left of the toilet 33 cm x 55 cm; to the right of the toilet 90 cm x 33 cm. - The washbasin is not accessible from underneath.
- The shower is accessible without steps.
- The shower / shower area is 90 cm x 170 cm.

- The manoeuvring spaces are:
in front of the washbasin 200 cm x 153 cm; in front of the toilet 153 cm x 200 cm;
to the left of the toilet 110 cm x 70 cm; to the right of the toilet 82 cm x 70 cm. - There are grab rails to the left and right of the toilet.
- Both grab rails can be folded up.
- The washbasin is accessible at a height of 67 cm and a depth of at least 30 cm.
- The mirror is visible in sitting and standing position.
- There is a cord as an alarm trigger.

- The entrance is visually rich in contrast and recognizable by a tactile change of floor covering.

- Steps are not visually rich in contrast. Stairs have at least a handrail on one side. Instead of the stairs, you can use an elevator.
