PLAYMOBIL-FunPark

All areas relevant for testing meet the quality criteria of the label "Accessibility certified - partially accessible for people with walking disabilities and partially accessible for wheelchair users".  

Some information on accessibility are listed below. For detailed information please see the evaluation report.

• There is at least one parking space for people with disabilities.
• The entrance/access to the premises is stepless.  
• All rooms and facilities that can be used by guests and are elevated are accessible without steps or via ramps or an elevator. 
• All passageways/doors and paths are at least 90 cm wide.
• Seating is available.
• Some outdoor paths have a longitudinal gradient of up to 15%. 
• Some play areas are wheelchair-accessible. There is play equipment that is accessible and usable for wheelchair users. 
• There are wheelchair-compatible tables (maximum height 80 cm, wheelchair compatible at a height of 67 cm with a depth of 30 cm) in the "HOB-Center" restaurant. 
• There are public toilets for people with disabilities, which can be accessed from both sides. The grab rails on the WC can be flipped-up.

• Assistance dogs are welcome.
• The signage (for orientation) is predominantly designed in easily legible and high-contrast lettering.
• All areas are brightly lit and glare-free.
• Stairs have handrails on both sides. The steps are not visually rich in contrast. An elevator or ramps can be used as an alternative to the stairs.  
• An outgoing emergency call in the elevator of the "HOB-Center" is confirmed acoustically, e.g. by an intercom system.
• Seating is available.
• There are public toilets for people with disabilities.

• There is no audio induction loop system at the cash desk and information counter.
• An outgoing emergency call in the elevator of the "HOB-Center" is confirmed acoustically. Alternatively, stairs are available.
• Tables with bright and glare-free lighting as well as tables without lamps that would interfere with the field of vision or eye contact are available in the "HOB-Center" restaurant area.
• Orientation information is available in written form as well as photorealistic representations or in the form of pictograms.

• The destinations of the paths are within sight or there are signs at a constantly visible distance.
