• There are two parking spaces available for people with disabilities.
• A bus stop is located 300 meters away. 
• Almost all guest-accessible rooms and facilities are accessible without steps or via an elevator. Exception: areas in the wellness area.
• Almost all doors and passageways accessible to guests are at least 70 cm wide. Exception: the changing room and sauna doors.
• There are two accessible rooms available.
• The toilet in the room is partially accessible from one side (60 cm). A fold-down grab bar is available.
• The sink is wheelchair compatible, and the mirror is visible even when seated.
• Access to the shower is threshold-free. A grab bar and a shower chair are provided.

• Stair treads are not designed with high visual contrast. Some stairs do not have a handrail.
• The pool edges are not visually contrasted.
• The font on the menu at the Chicorée restaurant is designed in a simple, high-contrast typeface.
• Information is not available in Braille or raised lettering.

• An outgoing emergency call in the elevator is confirmed audibly.
• In the restaurant "Chicorée" there are 20 tables with bright and glare-free lighting, on which there are no lamps standing or hanging that restrict the field of vision or eye contact.
• There is a seating area with low background noises (e.g. seating corner, separate room).
• In bedroom 115 und 307 is at least one electrical outlet available near the bed.
• WiFi is offered.
