  • The bus stop "Leibachstraße" is about 500 m away.
  • Cars are taken to the site. A check-in line is available, which offers sufficient space.
  • Access to the site is possible without steps. 
  • All rooms and facilities that can be used and raised for the guest are accessible without steps (or via ramp). Door thresholds are max. 3 cm high with the exception of the threshold to the recreation room (5 cm). 
  • Ramps are at least 200 cm wide. and have a maximum longitudinal slope of 5%.
  • Exterior walkways are generally low in vibration and easy to walk and drive on, are at least 148 cm wide and have a maximum longitudinal slope of 7 %. 
  • Passages and doors are at least 92 cm wide. 
  • The reception counter is 112 cm high at its lowest point. 
  • In the cooking and dishwashing area, the sideboards and sinks are accessible from below. 
  • In the beach bar area, there are tables that are accessible from underneath. The counter at the beach bar is 104 cm high at the lowest point. 
  • Some of the playground equipment has been designed so that it can be used by wheelchair users.
  • To enter the lake, there is a shallow entrance on the beach or access via the slipway. 

Sanitary building (No. 2)

  • The manoeuvring spaces in the bathroom are:  
    in front of the sink 124 cm x 200 cm;
    in front of the toilet 131 cm x 163 cm;
    to the left of the toilet 26 cm x 55 cm;
    to the right of the toilet 88 cm x 55 cm.
  • There are grab rails to the left and right of the toilet.
  • The right grab rail can be flipped-up.
  • The sink is accessible from underneath at a height of 67 cm and a depth of less than 30 cm.
  • The mirror can be seen while standing or sitting.
  • The shower is accessible without steps. There is a threshold of 3 cm. 
  • The shower is 120 cm x 120 cm.
  • There are grab rails in the shower.
  • A shower seat is available or can be provided if required (fixed, foldable, hook-in or mobile and stable).

  • Assistance dogs (companion dogs, guide dogs for the blind, etc.) may be brought into all relevant areas/rooms of the establishment/offer.  
  • The reception entrance area is recognizable by a tactilely perceptible change of flooring and visually contrasting with the surroundings. 
  • Controls (e.g., door handles, light switches, emergency call buttons) are tactilely detectable throughout the building/property and some are visually contrasting.
  • There are no floor indicators in the interior and exterior areas.
  • All elevated areas that can be used by guests (entrance area, cashier/counter, bedrooms, hallways, corridors) are well lit, i.e. bright and glare-free.
  • Signage designed in legible lettering. There is good visual contrast between the lettering/pictogram and the background.
