All areas relevant for testing meet the quality criteria of the label "Accessibility certified - accessible for people with walking disabilities and partially accessible for wheelchair users".

• There is a general parking lot available. Two marked parking spaces are available for people with impairments (parking space size: 380 cm x 500 cm).
• From the car park you reach the entrance via an easily accessible and passable path.
• The access to the panorama bathroom is step less.
• All rooms raised that are available to the guest are accessible at ground level.
• The height of the counter is 100 cm. There is an equivalent communication possibility while sitting.
• A person lift is available to get into the pool.
• All passageways/doors are at least 90 cm wide.

Sanitary area with shower room/public toilet for people with disabilities (at the same time changing room)

• In the changing room, the manoeuvring space is 145 cm x 200 cm. The narrowest passage width is 145 cm. Seating is available.
• The manoeuvring spaces in the sanitary area are as follows:
  • at the door 145 cm x 200 cm;
  • in front of toilet and washbasin at least 150 cm x 150 cm;
  • left of toilet 106 cm x 70 cm, right 45 cm x 70 cm.
• There are handles on both sides of the toilet that can be folded up.
• The size of the shower area at ground level is 158 cm x 120 cm.
• A shower chair and horizontal handles are available.
• The washbasin is wheelchair compatible and the mirror can be seen while standing or sitting.
• An alarm trigger is not present.

• Exterior paths have no sidewalk boundaries.
• The main entrance is visually rich in contrast and can be recognized by a tactile change of floor covering.
• The entrance door is a glass door without safety markings.
• There are no carousel or rotary doors.
• The pool edge in the swimming pool area is visually contrasted.
• All areas raised that are available to the guest are brightly lit and glare-free.
• Control elements are partially tactile and visually contrasting.
• There are no obstacles, e.g. objects protruding into the path / room.
