Panorama 2962 (restaurant)

Alpine regional specialty restaurant on the highest mountain in Germany, 4-country panoramic lick, barrier-free travel in Bavaria.

Description

At almost 3,000 metres above sea level, typical specialities from the Alpine region are served, garnished with abundant panoramic views.

On Germany's highest mountain, one milestone follows the next. Following the commissioning of the state-of-the-art Zugspitze cable car in December 2017 and the opening of the new Panorama 2962 summit restaurant, these impressions - spectacular ascent and culinary delights - combine to create an outstanding overall experience. In reference to the 4-country panoramic view on the Zugspitze, the culinary motto is simply "The best from 4 countries". Specialities and products from Italy, Austria, Switzerland and Germany represent the delicious diversity of the Alpine region on the menus. The new mountain station extends over three floors, all of which are easily accessible by lift.
