Local park in the municipality of Kirchheim near Munich

Description

The new local park, between the formerly spatially separated districts of Kirchheim and Heimstetten, is the centerpiece of the sustainable local development of the municipality of Kirchheim near Munich. The Kirchheim 2024 State Garden Show will celebrate the opening of the park with its five natural spaces - garden, water, wilderness, forest and meadow - for one summer (May 15 to October 6). Once the Bavarian State Garden Show 2024 is over, the park will be permanently available to all citizens of the municipality, the district and the surrounding area, creating a new, green refuge for all generations on an area of 10 hectares.
