Residence 3 (generally)

  • There is no parking space for people with disabilities in the underground car park (parking space size: 250 cm x 530 cm; distance to entrance approx. 4 m).
  • The path between the street and the Residence 3 entrance has a maximum longitudinal inclination of 10% over 2 m.
  • Access to Residence 3 is via a 2 cm high threshold.
  • The holiday apartments and all rooms that can be used by the guest are stepless or can be reached via an elevator. There are door thresholds (e.g. 5 cm for balconies/terraces of the holiday apartments, thresholds of 4 cm in the leisure area).
  • The elevator has a cab size of 110 cm x 140 cm. The operating elements are not arranged on a horizontal control panel.
  • At the swimming pool there are flat steps with handrails for access to the pool, but no person lift or ramp or elevated pool edge at seat height above the pool perimeter.
  • There are doors with less than 70 cm width in the sauna and swimming area (sauna, public toilets).

Holiday apartment type 1: Aquamarine (second floor)

  • Doors and passageways are sometimes less than 80 cm wide (in the bathrooms: 64 cm)
  • The height of the mattress is 54 cm.
  • In the kitchen living area the dining table is wheelchair accessible, the sideboard/worktop, sink and stove, however, are not. The manoeuvring space in front of the kitchen unit is 200 cm x 100 cm.
  • The bathrooms are not designed to be barrier-free (e.g. no grab handles, no manoeuvring space next to the toilet).

Holiday apartment type 2: Saphir Suite (ground floor)

  • Doors and passageways are partly less than 80 cm wide (in the bathrooms: 64 cm)
  • The height of the mattress is 54 cm.
  • In the kitchen living area the dining table is wheelchair accessible, the sideboard/worktop, sink and stove, however, are not. The manoeuvring space in front of the kitchen unit is 200 cm x 87 cm.
  • The bathrooms are not designed to be barrier-free (e.g. no grab handles, no manoeuvring space next to the toilet).
  • There is another apartment designed like the type 2 holiday apartment (similar floor plan and manoeuvring spaces): Emerald Suite (ground floor).

  • In the elevator, the stopping position is not announced by spoken commands. The operating elements are available in Braille or prismatic writing.
  • There are no visually contrasting step surfaces on stairways.
