Upper lake bath

All areas relevant for testing meet the quality criteria of the label "Accessibility certified - partially accessible for people with walking disabilities and wheelchair users".

• There are three marked parking spaces for people with disabilities 500 m away at the mini golf course on Alatseestraße. The path from the parking lot to the baths is easy to walk and drive on and has a longitudinal gradient of max. 7% over 20 m.
• The baths are accessible without steps.
• The cash desk is 102 cm high. 
• All evaluated rooms and facilities available to the guests are accessible without steps. Diving towers and the slide are only accessible via ladders.
• All evaluated passageways/doors available to the guests are at least 92 cm wide.
• The ramp to the bathing lake is 138 cm wide, 100 m long and has a maximum longitudinal gradient of 6% (several intermediate landings available).
• There are no special aids to get into the water.
• There are wheelchair compatible tables in the kiosk. 

Public sanitary room/changing room

• The door is opened with a Euro key.
• The manoeuvring spaces are:
  in front of the washbasin 200 cm x 150 cm; in front of the WC 200 cm x 160 cm;
  to the left of the WC 26 cm x 70 cm; to the right of the WC 108 cm x 70 cm.
• There are grab rails to the left and right of the WC. The grab rail on the right can be folded up.
• The washbasin is wheelchair compatible and the mirror can be seen while sitting or standing.
• The threshold-free shower measures 160 cm x 190 cm. Grab rails and a shower seat are provided.
• An alarm trigger is available.

• Assistance dogs are not permitted. 
• The entrance area contrasts visually with the surrounding area.
• A 100 m long ramp, mostly with handrails on both sides, leads to the bathing lake. 
• The signage is designed in easy-to-read, high-contrast lettering.

• There are tables in the kiosk with bright and glare-free lighting, with no lamps standing or hanging on them that interfere with the field of vision or eye contact.
