All areas relevant for testing meet the quality criteria of the label "Accessibility certified - accessible for people with walking disabilities and partially accessible for wheelchair users".

Some information on accessibility are listed below. For detailed information please see the evaluation report.

  • There are five parking spaces for people with disabilities.
  • The Nautiland bus stop is 250 m away. 
  • All rooms and facilities that can be used by guests are accessible without steps/at ground level. Exceptions are the slides and diving platforms.
  • All doors/passages and paths that can be used by guests and are raised are at least 90 cm wide. The “smart flower meadow” is excluded. Here the passage width is 70 cm.
  • Sanitary facilities for people with disabilities are available in the water and sauna area.  
  • The WC in these rooms can be accessed from both sides (at least 80 cm). There are folding grab rails to the left and right of the WC.
  • The shower in the sanitary rooms for people with disabilities is steplessly accessible. There are grab rails in the shower. A shower seat is available.
  • There is a passenger lift, flat steps with a handrail and a ladder with a handrail to access the pool. The indoor and outdoor paddling pools are excluded.
  • Sauna and shower wheelchairs are provided. 
  • In the sauna, the manoeuvring spaces in front of the lower bench are usually at least 120 cm x120 cm. 
  • There is a public toilet for people with disabilities, which can be accessed from both sides (at least 80 cm). There are folding grab rails to the left and right of the toilet.

  • Assistance dogs are welcome.
  • Outdoor paths usually have a visually high-contrast and/or tactilely detectable walkway boundary. 
  • The signage (for orientation) is designed in easily legible and high-contrast lettering.
  • All elevated areas that can be used by guests are brightly lit and glare-free.
  • The edges of the pools are not visually contrasting. 
  • The menu font is straightforward and visually rich in contrast.
  • Information is not available in Braille or prismatic writing.

  • There is no audio induction system available. 
  • Wi-Fi is available.
  • Devices such as cell phones and tablets may only be used in the water landscape and in the smart flower meadow in the sauna area. Not in the general sauna area.
