The "Naturkäserei TegernseerLand" is located in the mountaineering village of Kreuth and was founded in 2007 with the aim of practicing honest, sustainable agriculture and creating high-quality products from fresh hay milk.   • There is a parking space for people with disabilities (distance to entrance approx. 40 m; Space: 350 cm x 500 cm).
  • Access to the building is via a threshold of 3.5 cm at the main entrance or 3 cm at the side entrance.
  • All rooms that can be used by the guest are at ground level or can be reached by elevator.
  • The elevator has a cab size of 110 cm x 140 cm. The manoeuvring space in front of the lift when entering and leaving the lift is at least 150 cm x 150 cm, except on the 1st floor (200 cm x 102 cm).
  • All passageways/doors are at least 90 cm wide, except for the door to the public toilet (80 cm).
  • The sales counter is 119 cm high at the lowest point. There is another, equivalent communication possibility in a sitting position.
  • The goods in the sales room and the exhibits (e.g. shop windows to the ripening rooms) are predominately visible or observable while standing and sitting.
  • In the guest room and on the sun terrace there are wheelchair accessible tables.
  • Guided tours are offered for people with walking disabilities and wheelchair users (advance reservation necessary). Mobile or fixed seats are available for people with walking disabilities, which can be used during the guided tour. The entire route of the guided tour is steplessly accessible for wheelchair users.

Public toilet for people with disabilities in the basement

  • The manoeuvring space in front of the toilet and the washbasin is 114 cm x 250 cm.
  • The manoeuvring spaces next to the toilet are 125 cm x 70 cm on the left and 51 cm x 70 cm on the right.
  • Handles which can be folded up are available on both sides.
  • The washbasin is wheelchair compatible at a height of 67 cm, but less than 30 cm depth.
  • The mirror can be seen while standing or sitting.

  • Assistance dogs are not allowed.
  • The entrance is visually rich in contrast and can be recognized by a tactile change of floor covering.
  • In the elevator, an emergency call is confirmed acoustically.
  • Stairs are not designed with visually or tactile high-contrast edges, a one-sided handrail is present.
  • Information is not available in Braille or prismatic writing.
  • The menu of the restaurant is not designed in straightforward and high-contrast font. There is no menu available in large print.
  • There are no guided tours offered for visually impaired and blind people.

  • There is no audio induction loop.
  • In the case of an acoustic alarm (e.g. fire alarm) there is no clearly visually perceptible alarm.
  • An outgoing emergency call in the elevator is confirmed audibly, but not visibly.
  • Guided tours are offered for people with hearing impairment and deaf people. Please book in advance.

Guest room

  • In the restaurant there are tables with bright and glare-free lighting.
  • There are tables where there are no lamps standing or hangin that would disturb the field of vision or eye contact.
  • There are seating areas with low background noises (e.g. seating corner, separate room).

  • Name and logo of the company are clearly visible from the outside.
  • The destination of the path usually is within sight or there is an uninterrupted guidance system.
  • There is no information in easy language.
  • There is no menu with pictures of the dishes, the dishes are not presented visibly (buffet, counter).
  • Guided tours are offered for guests with cognitive impairments. 
  • Specifically trained guides make sure that guests with cognitive impairments can take part in any guided tour and their concerns are addressed.
